SGV and KWG are pleased to announce that they have made arrangements with the Canadian Dealing Network (''CDN'') such that they expect their common shares to trade (without quotation) through the facilities of the CDN effective Tuesday December 23, 1997 under the symbols SGVE and KWGR.
