The halt order is posted on the RMIL thread. Basically, the SEC is looking into complaints that the company has claimed assets it does not own or has overvalued other assets that it does. The investigation will reveal whether or not it's true.
Can it happen to EUTO? It can happen to any co. that makes public statements of ownership that cannot be backed up by hard, cold proof.
I don't think EUTRO needs to worry. imo
