This, of course, is a blatantly false claim.

As an American, Dr. Carson is free to believe anything he'd like to believe. No person's "belief system" violates the Constitution. That is a patently stupid comment.

I would say Dr. Carson is on far more solid ground than is Camerota.

Carson said he wouldn't SUPPORT a Muslim for President ... not the same as saying one couldn't serve if he got elected, like the Muslim President we have now. Probably why Carson said he wouldn't support one.
