If anything you make the case that those "scientists" who cooked the data and got caught red-handed should be RICOed. Speaking of fascism, your buddy Inhofe tried that route and failed miserably. Scientists have a code of ethics and follow them. All data is above board and made public. Investigations were made and Inhofe targets (Hansen, Mann et al) were cleared of any wrong doing. Thanks for perpetuating another lie. Lawyers are liars, everyone knows that.
