Brian....I think at this point it a standard answer to say...we are not seeing any pushouts.....I would bet they have had pushouts by some customers and they are jugling the backlog trying to get some pullin's...if they are successful..they don't have to say anything...if they are not...then we will here about it.

At this point AMAT may be able to move the backlog around to cover any pushouts..so they are sticking by their numbers, however, if one or two unexpected pushouts do occur..their tune may change.

When you ask how much lower can they go...well in 1996 AMAT had their best ever EPS and after that they went down to $12!!! AMAT still has not beaten that quarter...if they earn 51c this quarter they will match it. I'm not saying that they will go that low...but it has happened in the past.
