No agenda. I’ve never stated anything but fact. Besides I’m just adding some light in this forum because most posts I read here are based on pure speculation. Anyway I love Brazil and would like to see the company succeed but in my opinion based on performance in the last few years it’s going to be a huge battle with this management group. The stock price history speaks for myself.

You know that the jr. mining community is a small world especially in Brazil, right? I know some reliable people there. Do you want me to share another fact? Verde failed in obtaining the environmental permits for the KCl project in 2013. But the mess was so big they even called attention from the Public Prosecutor’s Office. And guess what? Verde blamed an environmental consulting firm named SSMA ( www.ssmaconsultoria.com.br) retained to deliver the EIA/RIMA environmental reports and due payments were then suspended by Verde. The owner behind this firm is Mr. Ricardo Fraguas, a honourable man. Presently SSMA is battling Verde in an arbitration process in Belo Horizonte city accusing it for breach of agreement. Another fact: now the environmental agency is looking with magnifying glass and mistrust on the environmental permits applied by Verde for the TK47 project. Guess who lacks credibility my friend?

You know, good or bad, these are facts. You may not like them but I still respect your opinion.

Anyway I wish you luck in your investment decisions.
