It's a clear fact that is underscored by percentages that you posted. This doesn't mean that all Blacks are "bad", etc., but it does mean that Whites have to make many more personal sacrifices, at the expense of better lives for our own White families, to provide for Blacks who are unable to meet White standards. I'm not trying to be rude or racist. I'm just stating obvious facts.
