RE: This is not how the courts view it. Wrong again. If a pregnant woman is shot, and the fetus dies, it is considered a double-murder by the courts.

Sorry to disabuse you of your ignorance but the fact that Life begins at conception is a scientific fact that has nothing to do with religion. As for the courts, the "courts" used to view Blacks and Women as non humans as well. I guess that settles it for you, does it?
