1. Removing the Taliban was a blessing for Afghanis and the world.. 2. I do not see that it is a US responsibility to immediately correct a condition which has existed for thousands of years in that culture...nor do I see any evidence that either Bush or Obama "supported child rape"....however, it does seem to me that the DOD policy needs to be changed toward those who step up to prevent the abuse of children in Afghanistan.
