What I find unbelievable is that you can't see the coincidence of the SEC halt preceeding RMIL's $5MM release.....this may buy a little time for RMIL shorts, but since there are only 200+ RMIL shareholders not united w/ us...panic selling won't occur.....and short RMIL MM's will continue to have to live w/ the Market they created for RMIL. Of course, they can always cover their short and wash their hands of the whole mess. I'm sure if the price dips, alot of us will be increasing our positions and calling our certs. The certs are our insurance policy against illegal naked shorting., Pugs

Smartin,

To be fair, we should not take the stance of "guilt by accusation". The SEC is accusing the company of not being in compliance with accurate and current information upon which investors can make reasonable decisions.

Now the company can do its shareholders a gigantic "favor" by fulfilling their responsibilities and exonerating itself.

Regards,

Ron
