... that's true what SS says, coin/bar shortage is temporary and due to lack of manufactured forms not to lack of metal ... it's often a result of not enough blanks in the pipeline for minters to strike, they need precise weight and shape, takes time to produce and ship

Much of the stuff on kitco, whether on silver or gold, can be goofy, unrealistic, narrow-minded in the extreme, and just plain wrong ... best to stay agnostic with an open mind imho [which was Galileo's central point maybe] ... and yet, underlying all, the metals are real in an unreal world, they have history of thousands of years, and silver particularly leads the periodic table in uses, and in patents, being for a start the most conductive, electrically and thermally ... while there aren't the stocks of it above ground as there are with gold ... and all the other wonderful attributes cited by the Ted Butlers of this world, bla bla bla ...

But absolute bottom line - i like it ... and there are others like me, sometimes quite a few, subject to waves of enthusiasm

... and always before, it ran real good
