No, but Obama will. He'll barricade scenic overlooks and monuments again. Frankly, the government should be shut down for awhile and the furloughed non-essential personnel should be laid off permanently.

No one outside the DC area and lower Manhattan cares whether the government "shuts down." Hell, most people don't even know it when it happens.
