>>>Florida is already underwater at times. Ask anybody who lives in Tampa.

So, I did. I have a friend who lives there. Here's his response. As usual, your FOS.

"Certain parts of Tampa have had drainage problems ever since I moved here in 1974. It has nothing to do with "climate change". It has everything to do with the democratic mayors of Tampa who will not fix the drainage for certain parts of the area. The flooding never changes locations. I own two condos on the beach, one on Treasure Island and the other on Anna Maria. Both of those beaches are exactly the same as the day I purchased the condo's. I purchased Treasure Island in 1983 and Anna Maria in 1994."
