Wayne - It didn't specifically use the "Going Concern" phraseology, that has been standard in the past. I don't technically know if this replaces the "Going Concern" phrase, but in reality I think they have duly noted this by words and by not allowing the Tax Credits they may not get to use under the going concern concept.

If two or more want me to call the AICPA, just call the Bellboy!
