The mechanics of how that command was fulfilled isn't identified. One can speculate that angels were delegated to fulfill the command or some mechanism we don't know about. There's also no reason to think these were one time commands and aren't still in force. Just my thinking. None of the scientists you reference tried to learn the mechanism you describe, they were excellent scientists but allowed themselves to accept a spiritual creator of the universe. But you invent a new type of character and say they were "messengers" of your god with god-like powers, ie also gods but lesser gods.... So where's the science????
