No. This is a very wrong statement and must be corrected.

WIND is positioned to benefit in proportion to I2O. In that you are correct. However, if I2O were to fail for some reason, WIND not hurt in the long run. Your interpretation of what I said implies that WIND would go down if I2O failed.

WIND management has been steadfast about NOT hyping I2O, and doing everything in their power to contain analyst estimates, providing conservative guidance about I2O, and everything else. The embedded systems space is so vast that it is simply wrong to limit WIND's success to I2O, or any other embedded systems segment.

For example, I think EIDs will prove over time to be much more important than I2O. Even the military may give I2O a run for the royalty. Certainly the automobile sector will prove to be enormous for WIND, despite the difficulty getting royalties in place.
