My comments on those stocks:

FMC. In since we discussed it in 2009. Small adds this year after noticing insider buys. I may add more.

EMN. Slightly underwater on my few tracking shares. Some revenue increases over past few years and dividend raises. I don't have enough of an opinion about the company to have confidence in adding more shares here. For example, I don't know what effect, if any, natural gas prices (low prices) have on Eastman's feedstock position regarding production of its organic chemicals.
So many other companies with downtrodden prices among which to choose, I am reluctant to add more EMN.

FLR. Am not doing well with this one-- Down about 30%, but still holding on. Several buys from 2012 through July this year. If there's ever a recovery in construction, Fluor has got to be a participant. Stock could still go lower from here though. Otoh, cripes -- pretty low relative p/e, p/sales. Share count has come down, small dividend while I wait and hope for better times.

WCC. Same situation as with FLR above. In since 2012 with adds through this year. Low p/sales, p/e, p/stated bv. I intend to continue to hold on.

HY. Underwater on my stub position. I like Hyster because on the warehouse floor - they dominate. Once in, can be hard to dislodge them (so I believe) in the big warehouses. (They can have embedded tracks in cement floor so that Hyster pickers can move around automated/self-propelled.) P/e 10 attractive for this business -- jmo.

UTX. I'm watching it. MSM still looks expensive to me on metrics I like. Could be because MSM has a moat that you say.

Of chemical companies on the 12-mo low list: I'll make an add to my few shares of EMN and restart a small buy of OLN.
