May be a pain in the a$$, but one should do this to make the air cleaner and reduce the cost of respiratory problems (in kids mostly).

No problem there,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,however coming up with new rules and regs don't do it -imo!!
Kids-put physed back into school system as a required class/subject

Big problem is with the diesel trucks that get modified or programmed and chipped around B.C. The exhaust systems are getting modded as well which besides affecting emissions makes for more noise. I would like to see all these trucks get tested back until at least 25 years old. The air would be cleaner and life would be quieter too.
