I keep hearing you guys chalk this recent slide up to this source and don't get it. I mean, this might look simplistic and I know there are a lot of other factors, but if you look at the 1997 chart before VSGN, you'll see almost no opportunity for a loss to cash out on.

IMHO, WS just felt that the business integration logically is going to force a six month to one year stall in the turn around to a robust business model. I think they felt there were other opportunities in the short term with all of the bargain prices and they feel they'll have plenty of time to comeback later if all is coming together as planned.

Then again, what do I know...
