Yeah.... my new Panini machine works great even though it is an el cheapo. Bought a bunch of different kinds of cheese today and some varieties of hummus which is recommended in the recipes I use. My son says I am a day late and a dollar short as far as the fad. I am not interested in the fad stuff - just the taste and convenience. Great for both lunch and/or dinners. And they even have breakfast recipes. It.s the closest thing to home cooking yet you don't have to break out a pan or anything other than a cutting board and the ingredients. Much easier for a single senior.
