FYI, the First Call earnings estimates for the current 4th quarter
are as follows:
Estimate Rating
Oppenheimer $0.05 3.0 (Hold)
H & Q $0.05 3.0 (Hold)
Volpe Brown $0.09 2.0 (Buy)

FWIW, SYSF has consistently grown it's revenues quarter to quarter over the last 4 years. SYSF also has no debt. First Call indicates
the future 5 yr growth rate of SYSF @ 45% with the current FY98 P/E
@ about 21.5. (Compare to the software industry P/E average of 46 &
S&P 500 P/E @ 26)

Anyone with an opinion on whether the recent activity in the help
desk software market is influencing SystemSoft's price? IBM made a
cash offer yesterday for Software Artistry, and today's 30% jump in Scopus seemed
rather unusual. My understanding was that the relationship between
SystemWizard and help desks would be a symbiotic one, but perhaps
the investment community believes otherwise.

Hypothetically, if Wizard's viability doesn't meet current anticipations,
can anyone make a compelling case that the system software industry
will continue to present exceptional growth opportunities?
