Zeev why indeed.. 97 numbers are pretty bad.. loss of share value and eps is very negative so the earnings were pretty lousy. Traders dropped the stock like a hot potato.. Going forward they need to improve the earnings picture SGNA is high due to comercialization efforts and they have not shipped their 3 backlogged systems yet..R&D costs remain high as they improve the system... I see it as an issue of EXECUTION and management. If they continue to just flow red we have a problem.. picture can improve dramatically if 98 numbers are in line and they ship systems and revenue improves... Jack's is said his job is to comercialize the Aurora and he will... but we assume risk until he does... a lot of risk. luis

Zeev GE has preffered shares a mill or two don't really know.. 6% of the company is owned by GE at this time. Don't know what options GE has they can always go to the market and buy more specially at these prices... My guess is GE has a front row seat and a lot of interest in the company because the modality is the most powerful diagnostic available for mammography in the market today. The ultimate weapon in the war against breast cancer and is safe. Digital death rays are dangerous and they do not get the job done in a lot of cases specially the difficult cases with implants and scars and or dense breasts etc and they can not diagnose malignancy... at this time so.. GE has more than a passing interest... you bet. luis
