I have know several cases in PA where the dead beat dad didn't even leave the vicinity of his child....and besides paying some pittance in child support means nothing with regard to good parenting........the woman is still left with all the child rearing responsibilities.....oh, I forgot the Right-to-Lifers do give them a box of diapers if they give birth.... Other deadbeats that piss me off royally are guys that ignore small claims court orders......eg people that lose a case in small claims court and are ordered to pay simply ignore the order....called back into court they continue to ignore the orders......nothing happens to them. I'm referring to a case my daughter won in NYS.....
