Hi Frank, You might find this interesting... my broker who lives and dies by the chart, just faxed me some info regarding KRY. Studying the volume and momentum indicators, he feels that KRY might get a rally back to the CD $7.25 level in the near term (days). His accuracy has been very good so I lend weight to his analysis. He's not pro-KRY at all, and in fact has some ties into the KRY short syndicate. I should post some of things he tells me. Best to all, Chris A.

Frank; You are quite right about the shorts. If KRY wins the price will go up like a scared cat, and it will never come down, and could be driven to $100 by raging short covering as their brokers whip them mercilessly. There are far more than the 3 M shorts out there. There are offshore naked shorts that will cover at any cost, as their brokers have them by the Boston Globes, and will simply act. Bill
