What happened to your offer to talk to Morgan and get his answers to the questions we asked ? Let me guess he wasn't "available" to you ?

Riley,

The SEC called me back at the end of the day. The following is what they
told me:

1. The halt is for 10 days and 10 days only. It will NOT be extended!

2. Your cert's are like "money in the bank". The MM will have to deliver
your cert's to you regardless of the halt. If they don't have any in
inventory, they WILL have to obtain them.

3. The SEC is checking out the claims the company is making, that is the
reason for the halt.

4. The SEC is not checking into share holders or numbers of shorts, just
the claims the company is making.

5. When I inquired amount the short position, the SEC told me this can be
verfied thru outside sources, such as TA and etc.

Overall, I feel this halt may turn out to be the best thing for us. I
feel better the halt will allow the company to get the $5 mill in the bank
and more shares to be delivered without the MM driving the price down.

Also, spoke to the company at lunch and they said the money is on the way.
The halt is not affecting the deliver of the money.

Thank you -- JK
