Elmer,

Re: "There will always be people who invent demons to explain away their problems. It's the human condition."

Yes, the "It's all Intel's fault" was very "strong" in that crowd. It's funny that INTC and AMD companies were started
almost in the same year and for the early years had about the same revenue ... Ooops, that just helps fuel the "It's all Intel's fault" conspiracy.

Mahmoud

Yes. Humans seem to naturally affiliate with groups and ideas that fill a certain need. Winners tend to admire and relate to winners and... well lets just say the AMD Fanboyz were naturally attracted to AMD.

The "Parts is Parts" and "It's Intel's fault" meme was spread from cult member to cult member in much the same way the "Hands up, don't shoot" meme was spread. Supposed eyewitnesses and people who were never actually there made up stories that were so appealing that it became reality for the cult when an in depth examination of the facts just didn't support the claims.

There will always be people who invent demons to explain away their problems. It's the human condition.

"Parts is Parts"/"Hands up don't shoot..."

How apropos... Elmer turning a blind eye to a problem that exists in real reality.

LOL, Elmer once again shows his cards as someone so vulnerable to, and blinded by, spin-doctors' propaganda. Stuck in his bubble.
