Well, B.D., as Yogi Berra once said, "You can please some of the people some of the time..." maybe it wasn't Yogi Berra...maybe that wasn't the saying...ah, what the hell, Go Tril!

B.D.- Thank you. I certainly concur that facts, rather than
hype, should rule the roost. Indeed, the history of this
company's press releases demonstrates a strict adherence
to that precept. Verily, caution and understatement have
been Tri-Valley's hallmarks, much to the consternation and
chagrin of more than a few patient shareholders over the
years. The latest press statement does appear anomalous
in that context, I would agree, in spite of the company's
deliberate use of the word "gamble" to define its Tracy
effort. Time will tell if the company, at this point in
time, knows more than it is allowing.

After that quiet period we went thru I'll accept a little hype.
I think it's good to get the word out...the stock needs a shot
in the arm after all this time. I was thinking today that they could've gone one step further and simply stated GET YOUR TRIL NOW...LAST CHANCE AT THESE LEVELS...whatever...it was a step
beyond for what has traditionally been a very reserved company
when it comes to this stuff but I'm sure thier PR firm knows
what they're doin...
Here's hoping for the best...
