>>>But I think it's just a little too easy to explain every jot and tittle as an "MM conspiracy"

Who said anything about a conspiracy? How do you derive "MM conspiracy" from my following statement: "the Market Makers continue to push BNGO's price higher on low to moderate volume".

I was merely pointing out that knowing that there are probably few sellers at this level, the MMs will drive the price of BNGO up (perhaps artificially) forcing those that waited for the warrant call to end (before buying back in) to pay a premium for their BNGO shares. Or, put another way, BNGOs price over the next few days will be driven more by the MM's "influence" than by the natural forces of supply and demand.

PA - Regarding your comment:

Regarding the future of gaming in SC, that was my biggest fear until I saw the numbers regarding how much money video gaming dumps into the SC coffers each year. I, for one, am convinced that there is no way in hell that that plum is going away.

If you are refering to the numbers actually reported by the SC Dept. of Revenue, it is well to remember their numbers are somewhat dated (I believe June, 1997 is the latest info posted). There has been a steady increase in the number of VGMs since then. In addition, the odds are very good that the revenue actually reported by VGM owners is probably significantly below reality. Add to this the increase in taxes which is very likely to come out of this year's legislature and the SC revenue "plum" grows to truly impressive proportions. Proportions that, in my opinion, are virtually impossible for politicians to throw away.
