Good point!! The SEC seems to doubt the company's claims as to the value of the property. How do you think they will arrive at a proper valuation?? Who will do the assessment??

And why didn't RMIL just forward their documentation regarding the ownership/rights to certain property/assets?

Given the amount of phone calls to them from both sides, I think the SEC is playing "Coy". Like I said, it would be stupid for them to reveal their entire hand out here in public.

And BTW, oftentimes SEC staff attorneys find things that they never originally expected to find. And when that happens it can open a whole new can of worms.
