We do know how many American lives were lost by GW Bush's policies in the Middle East.

We also know that millions of African lives were saved by his policies. And the AIDS epidemic was brought under control, which is the principal achievement for which Bush will be remembered in history. The Iraq War is likely to be an asterisk next to that accomplishment when unbiased historians begin telling the story.
