I think those that COMPLAINED to the SEC are in 'kahoots' with the shorts and MM's.

Does the SEC investigate any issue that they have complaints on or only those issues that they can find sufficient evidence that warrant the complaints?

So you are saying the halt is truly a coincidence and is not the result of any tie between the date of the funding and anyone not wanting the stock to be traded.
