Jeff:

Trying to persuade people that this will open up at $3.00 after the halt is lifted is playing with peoples money too.

I am sorry but you need the "stick um" or is it pine tar (to get a grip that is).

I had a significant investment in this company and I do not feel I am playing with other people's investment. (I would love to see Mork go belly up however because he seems to be slime).

1. Why are financial statements not released?
It is not because the money is forthcoming. It is very easy to ammend these reports I have done a number of times myself.

2. Why has the funding taken so long?

3. Why do we not operate facilities in Nicaragua and Florida?

4. Why are there no repeat orders keeping the water business afloat while we wait for new capital?

5. Why do the float figures constantly move up?

6. How can the stock price plunge if any short covering is occuring?

These are the reasons I got out. I did not have a satisfactory answer to a single one of these questions.

I have extensive experience with financial statements in public companies. I do not for a minute buy the reasons that have been given. If the company had any thoughts that there could be an investigation and thus a halt by the SEC they would have had to make the decision to release the financial documents early because they surely know that as a practical matter very few companies that are halted have anything less than a severe stock price problem when trading resumes. I thinkthe reason they did not is that the documents were not (are not avaialable).

We will see what transpires over the next few days.
