I spoke with management. 1) Mortal Kombat 4 sales are weak and not in line with compnay targets. 2)Earnings estimates for Q4 are in the process of being lowered and some of the estimates at the high end may have to be cut more. The spinoff in March is probably adding to the uncertainty, but I don't think it's a major issue. Lastly, you may aready know that mwy has been dowgraded along with Broderbund and other companies in the sector. The most worrisome part of what I got from management is that Mortal Kombat 4 sales are weaker than expected. It suggests that mwy may fail to meet Q4 earnings estimates. cheers, Bleeker
