>>"The pope addressed Congress without mentioning Jesus but commenting on political issues of the day"<<

After the Congressional address the members of Congress (the powerful people) wanted to have lunch with the Pope and what did he do?...He went to serve meals to the homeless in DC and to have lunch with them. Who in your type of religious world would have done that?

The Roman Catholic Church is and has been for centuries, an apostate church, proclaiming a semi-Pelagian false gospel, that cannot save. That's precisely why we had the Reformation. Nothing has changed.

without mentioning Jesus but commenting on political issues of the day.
He mentioned climate change which is not a political issue, he mentioned the poor which may or may not be a political issue, I think he avoided abortion and same sex marriage in his address, neither should be a political issue...... btw, congratulations you now have Kim Davis as one of your own.....thank you.
