I do not think that Grey Wolf would look at a dumpy fleet like Norton, but rather something more like Bayard where 75% of their fleet is deep drilling. On an asset value basis, Bayard trades at ~50% of the level that Grey Wolf does. If the stock gets above $6 I think they could pull off that acquisition. Only time will tell.

By the way Jim, I do not think anybody ever claimed that insiders sold "90 million shares." They did however sell $95 million worth (12.5 million shares on the last offering x $7.60 net of fees and expenses). I am curious about the shelf registration you mentioned. I looked on EDGAR and did not see one. Please let me know the date of that shelf registration, I would love to see it.
