OXHP downgraded by Value Line to a timeliness of of 4 (below average). VL estimates the company will lose $1.97/share in FY97 and will earn $0.50/share in FY98.

Times reported today:

OXHP will have to raise capital. The sources of new capital could be debt, preferred stock,common stock, sale of minority interest or increase of premiums. OXHP does not need approval of regulators if premium increase is limited to 10%.
