Without engaging in the point-by-point, which we really have no information to support, the question here that ought to be asked is, "Why are taxpayers contributing a half billion a year to this operation?" and "Could we not better server the interests of women's health by doing something different with that money?"

The answers to these questions are pretty straightforward. This organization can serve women's health as well as it does by simply being a half billion dollars a year smaller. They do not, as they claim, serve under-served areas. We now have Obamacare that expands Medicaid extensive, and it would seem we're already spending a massive amount of money on women's health through that program. Why do we need this additional one? So, why don't you make that case?

Instead of a presumption that the money being spent should continue to be spent how about we demand an explanation of why this money needs to be spent at all. One based on facts instead of the sales pitches like were presented recently.
