DISCUSSION PERPOSAL: - since NRID just sold for 9/32 today,
implying a market cap of 9.6 million:

Does this sound like a reasonable value for the company
at this time to you folks? Investor excitement over hi tech
issues has calmed down in the last 18 months. - NRID has also
sold in the high $2 range within the last year.

We are now looking at reverse split with the
comming NASDAQ requirements, or facing BB status.
So the "door" of most investors opinions seems to be
still swinging in the downward direction.

I have noticed the NRID news releases increasing in frequeny,
for the number of purposes these articles are intended
to serve.

I have been thinking about the situation
from these above viewpoints just reading between some lines,
so to speak.

I believe this is a good excersize because, as you
know, the price of a stock is really determined by the
investors' mood at the time, only guessing at the true worth
of a company.

For any ideas of how far NRID certs might
be taken down by "emotional factors" of the moment,
would anyone here desire to discuss this subject?
