J,

For the sake of all RMIL investors, I hope that your correct.

Nothing the nays say out here has any bearing on the price of the stock at this moment and our experience with SEC trading halts generally indicate that the future will be costly for both investors and the target corporation.

If this company comes through with the money and their financials are in line, then you very well may be correct. But remember that the SEC is not showing their entire hand at the moment. They understand that RMIL shareholders are an activist bunch. (I have nothing against being activist) This denotes that they will handle the issue with Kid Gloves until they either have a case, or the company fulfills its fiduciary responsibilities to its shareholders.

RMIL has promised the equity transfer in 2 days. Great!! They can spend the next ten days getting their financial "ducks" in a row and hopefully all of us Nays can eat a ton of crow.

Either way, my only point has been that the RMIL has been negligent in providing current and accurate information and that the internet activity out here has made the company a target for SEC attention. I have been proven correct.

Now let the company prove all of us Naysayers wrong about their abilities.

Regards,

Ron
