There is nothing wrong with short selling. It is necessary for an effeicient market. There is something wrong with unethcial behavior, and also calling a company a scam, whithout good evidence. TXB is not a scam.....I very serioulsy doubt that SmithKline Beecham would have antything to do with a scam, and would certainly not enter into an agreement such as this with a scam company:

"In August 1997, TBC (TXB) announced a corporate partnership with SmithKline Beecham plc to market and co-develop NOVASTAN(R) in the United States and Canada. The agreement provides for total payments up to $31.5 million of which $16.5 million has been received. In addition, the agreement provides for funding certain development and commercialization expenses and royalties."
