I was looking at the top 10 (incredible) old houses (pre-civil war, but completely remodeled) for sale in the nation on Zillow yesterday, and most of them were listed for less money than we got for our house when we sold it. I was really surprised and amazed. All of them were larger sq ft. had a lot more acreage, and really cool.

Did you help her move? Most of the places in the big cities are expensive, but part of that is because the kids want to live in the best part of town.
