Ron, thanks for the reply. I would guess the stock would drop to 12 or so if the deal falls through. I thought about hedging, but it would end up being a wash. I'm comfortable with my position, so I'll just wait and see.

Do you have any feel for odds when the FTC asks for information 3 or more times? Is it a high probability they will kill the deal when they ask that much? Thanks for you answer to Timoteo.
