It was duplicated years ago....that's what the generics are.... The FDA just approved the generic in Jan 2015... Exactly. A delay of years to get approval. And then another 180 days without full competition after that. Your facts support my argument. Those points (esp. the delay for approval) are not necessarily the only factors in this case, but they are important factors for generics, esp. for less profitable drugs where the cost might not be considered to high to bother with.
