The latest record from MSFT's legal/PR office isn't very promising.

They may go banana(nut) and said that and then your 'little trouble'
becomes 'big trouble'. I remember the movie 'FARGO' that how
seemingly trivial thing became a BIG MESS in one innocent mishap
in a hurry : 'a forgotten tag drew the state trooper's attention'.
Right after that, things just go straight downhill.

As long as MSFT remain sane, I don't see anything like that happens.
