Are there any MSFT's out there on the horizon ready to pounce on YHOO?

I don't know, but I'm about ready to go postal!

Usually you need a catalyst for stocks like these to crash. What are the threats to YHOO's business?

Well, there are several competitors, which are also insanely overpriced, but still far below the levels at which YHOO flies. There's also the entire question of whether the business model is realistic: if exposure on a website leads to enough sales to make it worthwhile for a company to advertise there.

AOL's market cap now higher than Costco's!!!

Let's talk about a real retailing phenomenon.

Costco has $22 billion in sales and 300 million in earnings and the company is growing like gangbusters.

You can now buy it for 1 billion less than AOL!

Maybe Costco should just shut down every single one of its outlets, start a web page, and commence losing millions of dollars.
