Tell me what decision the judge made, based upon his observation of the "uninstall"?

John,

"Making court decisions under the influence of ignorance makes for a criminal bozo!"

If you will, ponder the case of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill in which the presiding Federal Judge was neither a professional sea captain nor oil industry "expert". How was it possible for him to examine such a case and what presumptions/comments would you (and Reginald, if he wants) make about his ability -- both intellectual and legal -- to arrive at a decision on that case?

Cheers,

Norm
