Btw. Still a very sharp strong downtrend channel in place. Top of channel/measured move from low/last low suggest 325 in IBB will hold as cap to rally. Bear mkts have way of sucking in more money then blowing it up. I am still not sure if we are in a bear but something to ponder. If a global recession is here, and US does recess to, bear is here. That was my concern with slowing jobs.
