Your spelling's collapsing; starting to get that terrible feeling in the pit of your stomach that (just perhaps) while you were adding 2+2 and cogitating ever so mightily over whether it was oranges or apples that HEY! PSSST!!someone stole the company?! And maybe THAT'S why the price collapsed as well, you smug son of...? Allen Burditt II and "Phionex"(sic) have been at the heart of this... "enterprise" from day one; what do you mean taking them "...out of your personal equation"??? Imagine a large cookie jar with all your goods in it. Imagine a convicted felon's large arm in there. Imagine that this occurred awhile back when you had that enormous pencil that they give 1st graders and that even larger grin & you were 2+2 ing to your heart's content... jeez....

Aren't you a professional of some sort? Does it gall you at all that maybe Offie knows what due diligence means and the rest of us don't have a freakin clue????????

Ok, Christine honey; time to get up to the mike;

From Baron-Marney's post #1872 on December 10, 1997.

To All,
Joke for the day,
Those who live in glass houses shouldn't leave their lights on at night.

And now for the rest of the story (starting with a little recap):

FACT: I have in my possession a letter from Allen Lee Burditt, II dated March 27, 1997 written on Oilex, Inc. stationery.

FACT: I have in my possession a letter from Allen Lee Burditt, II personally showing his address to be: 3050 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 1760, Houston, Texas 77056, (713) 629-5998, (713) 629-5773 FAX.

FACT: 3050 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 1760, Houston, Texas 77056, (713) 629-5998, (713) 629-5773 FAX is the address, telephone number and fax number respectively of Oilex, Inc. corporate headquarters.

FACT: I have in my possession Mr. Burditt's personal card with Oilex, Inc. imprinted on it.

FACT: Allen Lee Burditt, II has told me and at least two other individuals who are willing to testify under oath that he (Mr. Burditt) "controls" Oilex.

FACT: Allen Lee Burditt and the "Management of Oilex" have stated that Mr. Burditt is not "part of management".

FACT: Mr. Burditt is listed by the company as a "Consultant".

FACT: Allen Lee Burditt owns 100% of Phoenix Reserves, Inc.

FACT: Phoenix Reserves, Inc. received nearly 8.7 million shares for the "Wilson" leases in Jefferson County, Texas.

FACT: Phoenix Reserves received 3 million shares of Oilex stock for its interest in ORS (later Funscape and then Titan Energy). This was supposed to represent a 40% interest in ORS.

FACT: A representative of the company stated on the S.I. thread that Oilex does not own 40% of Titan, but only an "option" to purchase shares in Titan for $3.50 per share. (Note: the circumstances surrounding this transaction/transactions are so convoluted that I will admit that I do not know what the hell has occurred.)

FACT: Allen Lee Burditt, II has been sued by a number of individuals and entities in connection with drilling oil and gas wells in Jefferson County, Texas.

FACT: On July 29, 1993, Allen Lee Burditt, II entered guilty pleas to two felony counts of violating the Kansas Securities Act. Specifically, he pleaded guilty to violating K.S.A. 17-1255, Offering for Sale Unregistered Securities, and violating K.S.A. 17-1254, Engaging in Business as a Broker-Dealer/Agent Without Having Been Registered. Mr. Burditt was given 5 years probation.

FACT: As a condition of his probation, the State of Kansas ordered Allen L. Burditt, II to pay $145,623.92 plus interest within 55 months for the benefit of George Wayman.

FACT: During part of the time he was on probation for felony convictions for violating the Kansas Securities Act, Mr. Burditt was "advising" the Board of Directors and "Management of Oilex" on acquisitions involving issuing significant numbers of shares of Oilex stock, not to mention nearly 8.7 million shares of stock to his 100% owned Phoenix Reserves, Inc. for leases in Jefferson County, Texas.

From Baron-Marney's post #2060:
To All,
We have decided that our posts will be of an informative basis and will deal with current activities and management's development of this junior oil company. WE WILL NOT RESPOND OR PANDER TO WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE PERSONAL AGENDAS AND EGOS.

Given the above facts, I can certainly understand why you have chosen your latest position. Considering whom you represent, you really do need to "WALK SOFTLY".

O.K., Baron, let's see you earn your money (oops, I forgot, shares of Oilex stock). Let's see you put a good spin on this set of facts or, perhaps, you might ask the "Consultant" if he himself wishes to comment. It would be good to hear directly from the source rather than having the information filtered by third parties.

To Omar and the "Management of Oilex": before you accuse others of criminal acts that you know, or should know, if you conducted any sort of reasonable inquiry, are false accusations, you might want to check for any skeletons in your own closet.

Still a Prudent Investor in search of nothing more than the truth.

Taichi, Prudent Investor, Omar, Marty Rubin.

To Taichi,
Read your post. Please refer to our response 2060.
Have a Happy Holiday Season.

To Prudent investor,
On an informational basis only in which you reply to English grammar and sentence structure, it is good to know that we all make mistakes. We refer to your last post 2132. Oilex is a proper noun and should be capitalized.
Have a Happy Holiday Season.

To Omar,
Regarding your post 2130.
Question:
Did you just say "!@#$ YOU"?
Have a Happy Holiday Season.

To Marty Rubin,
In response to your question. Yes, Big Foot is real. The full scope will be self evident in January. The Company is not going belly up tomorrow. The Company will and is producing oil.
Thanks for keeping the faith.
We sincerely wish you a Happy holiday Season.

Thanks The Baron
