Mark, Watch out shorting CHPS; there is a tender offer outstanding by INTC @ 17 1/2, although the justice department has been looking into it for 6 months. The offer has been extended to Jan 12 maybe for the 5th time. Granted if the deal is stopped by the DOJ the sock may go back to 10, the risk of the deal going through @ 17 1/2 is too great.
