Good point. I'll go with $0.29/share.

Cymi's Q4 97 Results:

As you said, Yakov, reduced or absence of warranty reserve will be a positive for Q4 earning; but increased spending and manufacturing cost with their 1,000 Units/Yr production is a negative for Q4 margin and results (more head counts etc). I personally expect Q4 margin will continue to be below their historical level. But looking forward, margin should improve with sales increase. For Q4 97, anything above $0.24/share will be a very sweet surprise, at least to me.

The backlog is indeed very important. It will indicate how much real impact the technical difficulty has actually resulted. If Cymi shows up with healthy backlog increase in Q1, I can see analyst upgrade right away. On the other hand, if backlog is not that promising, the stock will continue to be sluggish. But down side from here should be very limited although possible. No body expects a promising company like Cymi to go to zero either.

But these are just my opinion. Further comments will be appreciated.
